Ingredients: whole milk (raw milk is used), culture, rennet, salt.

100 g of product contains in average: energy value 1740 kJ/420 kcal, fats 36 g, of which saturates 24 g, carbohydrates 1,5 g, of which sugars 1,2 g, proteins 24 g, salt max 2,2 g.

To get the best flavor, serve cheese in room temperature (+18...+22).
