100 g of product contains in average: energy value 1628 kJ/393 kcal, fats 33 g, of which saturates 20 g, carbohydrates 2 g, of which sugars 1 g, proteins 23,4 g, salt max 2,2 g.

To get the best flavor, serve cheese in room temperature (+18...+22).
